Production Foreman

Shift: 3PM-11PM PTO+ paid holidays each year Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance (majority of premiums covered by employer) 401K + company match

Responsibilities: Managing anywhere 15-30 Union Members between shifts will also be a key attribute Report project progress to superiors Work closely with our Plant Management on projects Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department Solve disputes between workers Ensure that a project is adequately staffed Assign tasks and plan productions jobs for union workers daily Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget Hands on with projects and fixing equipment daily Hands on with cleaning and day-to-day production operating
