Service Associate

Full Time Key responsibilities: Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker? We're looking for a Service Associate to:carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Marketgreet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional servicecreate strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations functionmaintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

The team: You'll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. Your skills and experienceideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sectorexcellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skillsdetail orientedproficient in Microsoft Office Suite
