Unified Communications (UC) Specialist Junior

The UC Specialist Jr. should meet the follow minimum requirements: At least five (5) years of experience supporting Unified Communications and/or VOIP projectsBS or an additional eight (8) years of experience with telecommunications servicesTop Secret ClearanceDesired Certifications and Experience: Experience resolving complex service problems, performing expert maintenance and installs, configuring and testing all types of telecommunications equipment and servicesExperience troubleshooting network hardware using test instruments and monitoring and diagnostic programsExperience preparing telecommunications equipment for installation by testing calibrating, or modifying equipment as requiredExperience maintaining data network equipment and services to ensure working order and demand availability by performing scheduled, routine on-line test and by checking, adjusting, or replacing equipment to established standardsAvaya CertificationPosting Date: Department: -
