Job Requirements: The Human Resource Generalist will manage a broad range of HR functions and serve as a central point of contact for employees and managers. The Admissions Assistant will complement the Admissions area and support functions necessary to ensure a smooth academic year for our families. Trusted with confidential information and adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards. Compensation and benefits administration. Payroll processing. Compliance. Policy development and documentation; Performance management Job searches, candidate review Leaves of Absence, FMLA, STD and LTD.Manage financial aid and scholarships in conjunction with CFO and Admissions area. Systematically determine tuition delinquencies and communicate to families. Prepare Education Management system for each new school year Manage onboarding processes for new families in conjunction with Admissions
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidates must possess the following: Five years of human resources experience
  • Highly Proficient with MS Office and ability to learn Blackbaud school systems
  • Problem solving, decision making, proactive and self-directed
