This role will drive execution of complex, cross-functional programs that leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing both Agile and Waterfall initiatives, excels at stakeholder engagement, and has a track record of delivering programs on time and with high quality. Experience supporting data-driven initiatives, AI-enabled solutions, or commercial process optimization is strongly preferred.Your Day to Day:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across the Insights, Data & Analytics teamDefine program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business and data strategy prioritiesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreamsPartner cross-functionally with teams including Data Engineering, Analytics, IT, Finance, and Commercial OperationsDrive adoption and integration of data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions into core business processesMonitor program progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and at high quality standardsIdentify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively implement mitigation strategiesManage change across stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and insightsProvide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on program status, milestones, risks, and outcomesEstablish and promote program management best practices within the ID&A organizationWho we're looking for:Bachelor's degree required (Business, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field) with 8+ years of relevant experience.Program & Project Management: Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneouslyCross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams without direct authorityData & Analytics Orientation: Comfortable working in data-driven environments; ability to translate business needs into analytical initiativesAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex systems and drive actionable solutionsCommunication & Executive Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadershipChange Management: Experience driving organizational change and supporting adoption of new technologies or processesTechnical Acumen: Ability to collaborate effectively with data, engineering, and IT teams; familiarity with data workflows and systemsFluent in EnglishLegally authorized to work in the U.S.What's nice to have:Experience with AI technologies and their application in business process automation and decision-making.Background in commercial operations, sales enablement, or revenue cycle managementPMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certificationAnnual Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000What we offerWe offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more!We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace.Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
