Sponsorships Product Lead Publisher Marketplace

Substack is seeking a product manager to lead Sponsorships, owning formats, advertiser and publisher tools, and the foundations of a scalable marketplace. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Partnerships, and the Sponsorships business team to turn early campaign needs into products that serve thousands of publications. This is a hands‑on role with broad ownership, requiring collaboration with publishers and advertisers, writing product requirements, and shipping with engineers.
