Membership Service Representative (Closer)

Crunch Fitness is growing, and we're looking for energetic, friendly team members to join our Tennessee clubs! As a Member Services Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members meet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable with both customer service and membership sales. What You'll DoWelcome members and provide a great front-desk experience Answer questions about memberships, services, and the gym Give gym tours and help prospective members get started Follow up with leads and membership prospects Support membership sales and referrals Help keep the club clean, organized, and welcoming Schedule Part-time Morning and evening availability 4- and 8-hour shifts In-person Why Crunch?
