Of Counsel — M&A Litigation & Indemnity Disputes

DLA Piper in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Of Counsel to join our Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup. This position is open to our Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, DC, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, and Wilmington offices. The role requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes, plus experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.
