The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening a network of over 40 key partnerships across the U.S., India, and Europe. This includes assessing the quality, reliability, and market knowledge of each partnership to ensure productive and mutually beneficial business outcomes. The role involves the introduction of best practices in alliance management, establishing governance structures, and KPIs to track partnership excellence. The Vice President will also be expected to possess an extensive network within the pharmaceutical industry, act as a brand ambassador, and demonstrate the ability to communicate and ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President position should be experienced pharmaceutical leaders with a broad knowledge of commercial, R&D, regulatory, QA, manufacturing, finance, and IP. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic thinking, mediation, and negotiation, and the ability to develop meaningful relationships globally to meet business objectives. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, or a related discipline is essential, with an advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc being an asset.
