Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a Tier 1 automotive supplier in McCalla, AL, is seeking an Assembly Maintenance Team Leader to lead a hands-on maintenance crew, ensure equipment uptime, and support high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of robotics and PLCs, proven leadership, and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems; experience with Fanuc, Allen-Bradley, and Nordson equipment is a plus.
