Outbound CallerWe're looking for a professional & meticulous PHILIPPINE-BASED, outbound caller who can competently represent our international clients to potential customers and networks!
Qualifications:
- Displays fluency in spoken, conversational English
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skillsHas reliable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Displays proficiency in basic computer and encoding skillsHas experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
- Has call center experience (preferred)
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Has a reliable Internet connection and a conducive work-from-home setup
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to businesses to represent the company or its clients
- Nurture leads by addressing customer inquiries
- Set appointments between the prospective customers and the company or its clients
- Keep detailed & organized records of customer interactions
- Meet the agreed-upon calling goals
- Render work hours anytime between 9:00 pm to 5:00 am, Manila time.
