Direct Support Pro - Empower Independence & Care

Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist consumers in in-home or group home settings in Bayville, NJ. You will provide support, transportation, and daily living assistance to enable individuals to complete routines safely, healthily, and with dignity. Requirements include a non-probationary driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience with IDD. This is a full-time/part-time/PRN position with hourly pay of $21.00.
