Tex-Mix, covering the South and Hill Country divisions in Texas, is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the mobile equipment fleet. You will lead maintenance, reliability, and readiness of trucks, loaders, and other equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and safe operation to support daily production.
You will supervise fleet mechanics, plan preventive maintenance, manage costs and vendor relations, and coordinate with plant and operations leadership.
