About the role

Providing training, coaching, and technical assistance, the full-time remote Youth Development Sr. Training and TA Specialist will support the implementation of youth development programs, facilitate training sessions, and enhance program quality through continuous improvement efforts.
Key responsibilities: Lead training and technical assistance efforts to strengthen the implementation of evidence-based programs Support fidelity monitoring and provide feedback on program implementation to enhance quality Develop and refine training materials and resources to align with youth development principles and practices
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, social work, or youth development Five or more years of experience in designing and delivering curriculum-based training for youth-serving programs Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices and adult learning approaches Experience in leading curriculum implementation and facilitator training Ability to assess implementation quality and provide actionable feedback
