Warehouse Associate - Pallet Sorter

Overview: As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production!

Hourly Pay: $17.50/hr. Shift(s): 1st Shift: Days will vary (weekends included)- 5:00am-3:30pm 2nd Shift: Days will vary (weekends included) - 3:30pm-2:00am

Location: Alachua, FL 32615

Responsibilities: Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights Load and unload materials from trailers by hand Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center Check loads to make sure they are secure Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system Accurately xsgimln complete production paperwork to track progress Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly

Qualifications: High school degree or GED required Excellent oral and written communication skills needed Ability to work overtime when needed
