As the company’s sole internal marketer, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s strategy, storytelling, voice, and day-to-day marketing execution. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to bring campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life. What We’re Looking For:
Approximately 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a consumer, DTC, e-commerce, lifestyle, enthusiast, or product-driven brand.
Strong experience across brand marketing, positioning, communications, and storytelling.
Proven ability to understand a target customer and translate customer insights into effective messaging and campaigns.
Experience marketing physical products and supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Hands-on experience with email and lifecycle marketing; Klaviyo experience is strongly preferred.
Experience overseeing social media, content, and community-focused marketing.
Ability to build and manage integrated marketing and content calendars.
Experience directing external creative resources, freelancers, or agency partners.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
The Ideal FitYou’re a strategic but hands-on marketer who is equally comfortable developing the big-picture plan and making sure the work gets done. You understand that building a brand goes beyond sending emails and posting on social—you know how to create a clear point of view, tell compelling stories, and give customers a reason to care.
You’re creative, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working within a small, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can move quickly and responsibilities naturally overlap. Most importantly, you’re excited by the opportunity to take real ownership of a growing brand and become a long-term part of the team.
