Senior Reinsurance Contract Analyst

MassMutual’s Reinsurance Development Team seeks a Contract Analyst to support reinsurance agreements, governance, and business analysis across multiple product lines. The role partners with Legal, actuarial, underwriting, product risk management, and external reinsurers. You will help with senior management reporting, audits, and compliance requests while maintaining templates and documentation to drive governance.
