Manager, Global Private Equity Group (PEG) Training and Adoption

Overview In this role you drive the adoption of Global PEG training across regions, translating strategy into practical uptake. You act as the regional face for PEG training, launching products and answering frontline questions while coordinating with regional leads. You’ll boost learner engagement through data-informed tactics and support change management for priority topics like AI and diligence solutions. This position offers cross-regional collaboration within Bain’s PEG practice and a meaningful opportunity to shape learning at scale. Compensation / Benefitsbase salaryannual discretionary performance bonus 401(k) with employer contributioncomprehensive medical/dental/vision benefitsgenerous paid time offparental leave and sick leave Responsibilities Launch and socialize new PEG training products with regional offices Serve as a frontline regional contact for training queries Represent PEG training in regional calls and provide updates to leadership Drive learner engagement through scheduling, attendance tracking, and regional tactics Mobilize core curriculum training and coordinate trainers per rollout schedules Support rollout of PEG priority topics (AI, diligence) and promote uptake Draft training content aligned with evolving business priorities Update onboarding content and maintain PEG training page Contribute to change management and internal practice communications Collaborate with regional training leads to maximize global training impact Key requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong academic credentials Experience in professional services, private equity, or learning and development/training Passion for learning and development and coaching/upskilling Strong organizational skills with scheduling, tracking, and basic data analytics Strong written and verbal communication, including to senior audiences Comfort in a fast-paced, virtual, cross-regional environment with some ambiguity Interest in AI and learning technology and willingness to experiment Willingness to collaborate across regions and Bain ecosystemcollaboration across regionsdata-driven mindsetcreative thinking for learner engagement Zoome-learnclassroom
