Senior Director of Enterprise Sales

Snyk seeks a Senior Director of Sales to lead a multi-layer enterprise sales organization, combining strategic leadership with hands-on management of Enterprise Account Directors and a Manager overseeing Mid-Market reps. You will own revenue targets across the team, shape go-to-market strategy for enterprise and mid-enterprise customers, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. A strong coaching philosophy and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC familiarity are valued.
