VC Fundraising & Operations Analyst (Remote)

Decile Group is hiring an Analyst to support fundraising operations, LP research, and internal workflows as we scale our emerging manager strategy. You’ll track pipelines, follow up with LPs, prepare materials, and keep the fundraising machine moving. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and relentless about follow‑through. Prior fundraising experience helps but isn’t required. Remote candidates are welcome; applicants in the U.S.
