Must Have Requirements: 1 year healthcare or clinical Is there potential for this to extend past 6 months and/or convert to an FTE?: FTE transition is possible but no current plans
Summary: Client's Quality Improvement function oversees, plans, and implements new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs; ensures maintenance of programs for members in accordance with prescribed quality standards. Implements key quality strategies focused on initiation and management of member interventions, with a primary responsibility of telephonic member outreach for health education and care gap closure. Required Clinical background Required Clinical background:
  • Strong telephonic customer service skills.
  • Will be talking to members and parents
  • Solid experience with Microsoft office tools – excel, word
  • Adaptable to fast paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
  • Experience with remote work and associated time management
  • Reside in KY Preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare population
  • Prior experience with same clientHEDIS experience
