Portfolio Manager Salary Range:
$80,000 - $90,000 The benefits should be 401(k) with 2% match, healthcare, PTO, etc. This is also a hybrid job, which should be considered a benefit.

Responsibilities:
- Support the HOA and Condominium Management team
- Act as a Senior Portfolio Manager and handle daily operations for the communities we manage including maintenance coordination, communication with boards and residents, vendor management, and budgeting
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, vendors, and agents
- Conduct property walkthroughs, attend vendor meetings, and provide recommendations to improve property performance
- Help prepare meeting materials and ensure timely communication and follow-upBenefits:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree CMCA Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a property manager in association management
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
