Role Description: We are hiring a Web 3 and Digital Asset Portfolio Manager (Remote, US) to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital asset investment strategies across cryptocurrency and decentralized finance markets. This role is responsible for managing diversified digital asset portfolios, evaluating emerging Web 3 investment opportunities, conducting market research, and balancing risk-adjusted returns. The successful candidate will collaborate with research, trading, and executive leadership to develop data-driven investment strategies that capitalize on evolving blockchain technologies and digital asset ecosystems.

Responsibilities: Manage diversified portfolios consisting of cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and Web 3 investments Develop strategic asset allocation and portfolio optimization frameworks Conduct investment research on blockchain protocols, decentralized finance platforms, and emerging Web 3 technologies Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and market conditions to maximize long-term returns Evaluate tokenomics, protocol governance, liquidity, adoption metrics, and competitive positioning Analyze macroeconomic trends, blockchain innovation, and regulatory developments impacting digital asset markets Perform portfolio rebalancing and capital allocation based on market opportunities and risk objectives Utilize blockchain analytics, on-chain metrics, and market intelligence to support investment decisions Prepare investment reports, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership Collaborate with research, trading, and product teams to identify new investment opportunities and improve portfolio performance

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field Experience managing investment portfolios, digital assets, cryptocurrency strategies, or institutional investment research Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, NFTs, and Web 3 ecosystems Knowledge of portfolio management, financial modeling, risk management, and asset allocation principles Experience with blockchain analytics platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, and digital asset market data Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills Excellent written, presentation, and communication abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven investment environment Passion for blockchain innovation, digital assets, and decentralized finance
