The Barr Foundation seeks a General Counsel in Boston to lead enterprise legal advisory, governance, and risk management across grantmaking, partnerships, and operations. Reporting to the COO and joining the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape legal strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with program teams to enable mission-driven decisions while safeguarding the foundation’s financial integrity and public reputation.
