- 8+ years of experience in Legal Technologies, including substantial experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of facilitating complex requirements-gathering sessions and translating them into documented technical specifications. You have a keen eye for metrics, especially in commercial contracting: you define success measures with stakeholders at the start of a project and put clear ways in place to measure impact after delivery
- Strong CLM implementation experience in a cross-functional setting, with a strong emphasis on Ironclad. As the Business Analyst, you have gathered requirements, documented specifications, and partnered with technical teams to deliver

- Hands-on experience working with Legal AI tools, with a track record of applying AI to real legal workflows and evaluating output quality. You act as both Business Analyst and builder: you can identify and scope workflows suited to AI, independently build and deploy workflow agents, and train internal legal team members to use the agents you build
