Ability to complete trim and partial panel repairs to factory standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, self motivated, and team-oriented attitude. Tool maintenance and support provided. Excellent culture and steady high-volume workload year-round. Flat rate pay structure, based on hours turned and experience.
