They are seeking a senior associate/of counsel with significant substantive trademark experience to join one of the best trademark practices in the world. The ideal candidate will have:6+ years of trademark litigation experience with demonstrated strength in legal writing and advocacy Experience handling complex disputes Significant substantive experience (1st chair) and leadership experience Excellent academic credentials This role is available in both a traditional, partner-track role and an off-track role with designated hours and compensation that aligns.
