Retail Staff Pharmacist in Hanover, PA

Schedule: Sunday: 10:00 AM2:00 PM Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM5:00 PM Days and afternoons shifts

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to manage inventory levels by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and optimize profits. Prepare and dispense prescribed medications accurately, including weighing, measuring, and mixing drugs and medical compounds. Provide guidance to self-medicating patients and dispense non-prescription medications. Perform patient immunizations regularly to support community health initiatives. When the Pharmacy Manager is absent, oversee scheduling of pharmacy associates, motivate and recognize performance, administer discipline if necessary, and assign duties to maximize team effectiveness while aligning with company goals.
