Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix is hiring full‐time Behavior Therapists / Autism Support Specialists who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fun and collaborative environment. Your Role:

Support children in reaching developmental goals through play‐based learning
Implement behavior plans with creativity and empathy
Maintain accurate session notes and communicate progress
Participate in team meetings and celebrate client achievements

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
Willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in floor‐based playCPR certification (or ability to obtain)
