Senior Graphics Developer/Designer - OBIQUA

Overview In this role you will collaborate with DIA analysts to craft clear, visually compelling intelligence products. You will develop graphic and layout solutions, integrate multimedia elements, and ensure designs align with government standards. You’ll work across graphic, cartographic, and interactive content to support high-visibility outputs. The position is based with DIA facilities in the NCR, supporting initiatives like MARS, OMS, and OBI, with a clear focus on impactful, mission-driven work. Compensation / Benefitscompany-paid dental insurancecompany-paid health insurancelife insurancedisability coverage 401(k) with company matchingpaid holidays and personal time off Responsibilities Collaborate with analysts to understand requirements and translate them into visuals Create illustrations, edit images, manage fonts, and apply pre-publications techniques Produce graphic design, cartographic, and interactive content using government-specified tools Integrate graphics with text, audio, and video for multimedia intelligence products Produce content compliant with IC standards and style guides (e.g., D3 Style Guide)Provide UX/UI input for interactive graphics and web products Support vetting of existing or emerging DIA programs and capabilities Utilize professional graphics software including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro X, Map Publisher, MS Office Key requirements Minimum 12 years of experience in the relevant labor category with a master’s degree OR 17 years with a bachelor’s degree Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI poly Ability to work independently with minimal oversightability to work independentlycollaborative teamworkstrong communication skills Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Flash)Apple Final Cut Pro XMap Publisher
