Senior Program Manager

Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end management of client programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with market trends and client needs. You will serve as the primary program liaison, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape strategic directions with the client. You’ll lead negotiations, assess profitability, and drive improvements across the program lifecycle. Compensation / Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid health care concierge service 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick, personal and parental leave Paid Volunteer Time Employee Recognition Program Responsibilities Direct all phases of client programs from inception to completion Oversee cost, implementation, and performance of programs or sub-systems Negotiate contracts and contract changes Prepare business plans, work statements, budgets, and contract terms Ensure development aligns with market trends, goals, and client needs Act as primary customer contact and lead program review sessions Develop new business or expand product lines with clients Analyze opportunities, evaluate options, and recommend actions Establish milestones, monitor plans, and resolve program problems Assess profitability and viability of new products or enhancements Develop strategies to ensure high program performance with cross-functional collaboration Direct multi-functional teams (technical, marketing, operations, analytics, admin) Key requirements 8+ years of project management experience 5+ years of people management experience Bachelor’s degree; MS or MBA preferred Must reside in Michigan Ability to manage large programs (typical $5–10m annual revenue) or a portfolio of smaller contracts Experience with contract creation and compliance Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10–30 people Experience with risk, budgeting, and performance analysisresourcefulresilientcollaborativeproject managementcontract negotiationbudgets and financial terms
