About the Opportunity:
We’re a collaborative engineering firm focused on innovative, sustainable design. We’re looking for a Project Manager to serve as the key connection between our design team, clients, and contractors during construction. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. You’ll help coordinate construction activities, resolve design issues, manage RFIs and submittals, and make sure the design team stays aligned with what’s happening on site.
What You’ll Do:
Represent our team on site and serve as the main point of contact during construction.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and our remote design team to resolve issues quickly.
Keep RFIs, submittals, changes, and project decisions moving.
Monitor construction progress and help ensure quality and design intent are maintained.
Coordinate site visits, meetings, design updates, and project closeout.
Communicate field conditions and lessons learned back to the design team.
Help identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience with an architecture or engineering firm, including construction administration.
Experience with large, complex construction projects; data center, mission-critical, cleanroom, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work comfortably with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Solid understanding of construction and engineering processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related experience.
Comfortable using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than a coordinator - you’ll have a direct impact on how complex projects are delivered and work closely with both the field and design teams.
