Transportation Permit Specialist :: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)Seeking for a Transportation Permit Specialist and work with a diverse group to manage permits for oversize and overweight tractor trailers. Ensure safe and compliant transportation throughout.

Responsibilities: Review permits for accuracy and completeness. Ensure permits comply with routes, restrictions, and current laws. Provide customer support for permit status and updates.

Experience: Motor carrier permit registration experience preferred. Customer Service experience required. Analytical experience with compliance preferred. Experience in Transportation or Logistics Operations helpful. Data and systems experience preferred. Experience with permit management and routing software preferred. GIS tools experience preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. ORAssociate degree plus two years of relevant experience. ORHigh school diploma plus four years of relevant experience.
