Controller

Job Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, tax compliance, and general accounting functions. Lead month end and year end close activities while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting. Manage cost accounting, project accounting, inventory tracking, and profitability analysis to support operational decision making. Coordinate audits, regulatory reporting, insurance related financial support, and interactions with external advisors and stakeholders. Develop and mentor accounting teams while implementing process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing financial systems.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities in construction, project based, or related industries. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, revenue recognition, internal controls, and tax compliance requirements. Previous experience with job costing, work in progress reporting, multi entity accounting, consolidations, and financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and project or construction accounting systems.
