Core Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Performing comprehensive assessments upon admission and monitoring condition trends throughout the patient's hospital stay. Medication & Treatment: Preparing, administering, and charting prescribed medications (including IVs) and managing wound care or specialized equipment. Care Coordination: Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans. Patient Education: Instructing patients and families on post-surgery care, medication schedules, and post-discharge instructions.
