Sales Training Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities: Run the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring readiness milestones are met according to strategy Design and deliver engaging blended learning sessions, utilizing adult learning theory and facilitating both in-person and virtual training Manage the content lifecycle by creating, curating, and evaluating training materials to align with current initiatives and modern selling techniques

Required qualifications: Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, and learning and development with facilitation experience in live and virtual formats Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design, capable of designing blended learning independently Hands-on experience with a learning management system, including assignments and engagement reporting Strong program and project management skills, including scheduling and implementation with high attention to detail Ability to leverage data and metrics to analyze and achieve organizational KPIs
