The Arc of San Diego seeks a Community Inclusion Professional to work 100% in the community in sunny San Diego, CA. You will support individuals with disabilities using person-centered approaches to foster participation in the community of their choice.
In this role you’ll coach clients in community settings, plan activities, teach life and vocational skills, and document progress. A CA driver’s license and CPR/First Aid are preferred.
