You will also be cold calling potential clients who own small businesses, handling any customer inquiry that comes through. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone, has excellent customer service skills, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: Call potential clients and leads, following scripts and existing sales pitches to promote products and services Answer all questions to the best of your ability to explain benefits to potential customers Update client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts Cold calling at least 100+ business owners per day to maximize your income
