Senior Customs & Trade Compliance Lead – USMCA & LatAm

Dyson is seeking an Associate Manager, Customs & Trade Compliance to support cross-border operations across the Americas from its Chicago HQ. You will collaborate with internal teams, customs brokers, and government authorities to ensure compliance with customs regulations and efficient cross-border flows. You will lead day-to-day customs programs for the US, Canada, Mexico and Latin America, review classifications and valuations, monitor risks, and guide stakeholders on regulatory changes.
