Bisco Industries is seeking a highly motivated individual, who is driven to exceed goals and expectations, to join our Marketing Department.Responsibilities:Create, manage and optimize product listing on e-commerce marketplaces and platforms, including the Amazon Seller Central platformManaging daily maintenance of product pages including availability, images, descriptions, and content optimizationMonitor and manage products and account performance, rating, and customer reviewsIdentify new potential products to expand to the marketplace channelsManage customer service tasks which includes responding to customer inquiriesOrder entry and ensuring order fulfillment promptlyInventory uploadCustomer returnsUpdating tracking infoAssist with any miscellaneous e-commerce projectsSource product with no inventoryWill work cross-functionally with the bisco website e-commerce customer service teamQualifications:Excellent verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and OutlookAbility to multi-taskDetail-orientedStrong business math skills (e.g., tax calculations, profit margin calculations) and managing online marketplace accountsMust be able to pass a background checkYou must be a US citizen or Permanent ResidentWhy join the bisco team?Competitive base salary between $21.35/hr - $32.04/hr, based on experienceAnnual salary merit increasesCompetitive PTO (vacation/sick time)Paid Holidays, including a ½ day on your birthday!Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision insuranceWellness IncentivesCompany Provided life and long-term disability insurance401k w/ company match!Tuition Reimbursement Program
