Senior Product Manager (Debt Recovery & Collections) - Onsite

Job Title Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Debt Recovery & Collections Management Debt Buying & Charge-off Recovery Litigation & Legal Collections Payment Plans & Settlements Skip Tracing & Account Resolution Affidavit and Legal Document Management Collection Workflows & Case Management Compliance (FDCPA, CFPB, Reg F, FCRA, TCPA)Portfolio & Recovery Strategy Management Min 8- 10+ years of Product Management experience with significant exposure to the Debt Recovery/Collections domain. Strong understanding of the debt recovery business lifecycle and industry best practices. Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and provide solution-oriented recommendations on the fly. Experience leading product discovery, roadmap planning, and Agile product delivery. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive product outcomes.
