GRD Operator - 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do: • Operate granulation and industrial processing equipment • Load, move, weigh, and track materials • Monitor equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment • Complete basic production records and documentation • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe • Follow operating procedures and safety requirements • Work with your team to meet daily production goals What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or GED • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred • Machine operation or forklift experience is a plus • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around equipment • Dependable and safety-focused • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift • Comfortable working in an industrial environment • Reliable transportation required Why Join Us? ✓ $20.00 per hour ✓ Monday–Friday schedule ✓ 1:30 PM–10:00 PM ✓ Medical, dental & vision coverage ✓ 401(k) with company match ✓ Paid holidays & paid time off ✓ Safety shoe allowance ✓ On-the-job training ✓ Company events & team lunches ✓ Opportunities to develop your manufacturing skills and grow Pre-Employment Requirements This position requires applicable ITAR and NAID eligibility, background screening, drug testing, pre-employment medical clearance, and required safety and environmental training.
