You partner with clients to design and sustain human-centered transformations in data-rich, tech-forward settings. You’ll blend analytics, AI-enabled insights, and change management to accelerate adoption and impact. You lead cross-functional teams, coach leaders, and ensure responsible GenAI use with clear governance and accountability. Responsibilities:
- Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts (workforce models, human-centered experiences) in data, automation, and Generative AI environments
- Lead and design enterprise change programs to adapt ways of working, roles, and skills alongside technology and AI advances
- Partner with clients to define and enable GenAI use across the organization, focusing on readiness, skills shifts, workforce impact, and governance
- Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-powered insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change, guiding decisions
- Design agile, future-ready change strategies and operating models that integrate humans and digital tools
- Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change solutions and personalized change journeys
- Utilize Generative AI to accelerate content development for engagement, learning assets, and manager enablement while ensuring quality and tone
- Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for continuous adaptation as technologies evolve
- Contribute to business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships
- Be willing to travel as needed to support clients
- Key requirements xhqgsiq Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ Chemicals & Natural Resources Industry experienceleadership and executive coachingcollaboration across cross-functional teamsclear communication and storytelling
- GenAI exposure and use in transformationanalytics and AI-enabled insightsdesign of operating models integrating humans and digital tools
