Employment & Executive Benefits Counsel Hybrid (SF)

Superhuman in San Francisco seeks an Employment, Executive Compensation & Benefits Counsel to advise the business on employment matters across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, including hiring, performance, leaves, investigations, and terminations. You will collaborate with local counsel as needed and handle wage and hour issues with Payroll. The role oversees or supports executive compensation and employee benefits programs, equity plans, liquidity arrangements, and related agreements,
