🚨 HIRING: Project Manager – Land Development📍 Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL💼 Employment: Full-Time🏗️ Industry: Civil Engineering / Land Development / Real Estate Development We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Land Development to join a growing Civil Engineering team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineering professional with experience in land development, site design, drainage, stormwater, permitting, and project coordination.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate civil engineering & land development projects
Review preliminary and final site plans and construction documents
Support hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, and stormwater studies
Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation
Support permitting and regulatory submissions
Provide construction-related engineering support
Prepare/review quantity estimates
Coordinate with clients, production teams, and project stakeholders
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff
Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards🔹 Ideal Candidate
Civil engineering and land development experience
Strong understanding of site development principles
Experience with site plans and construction documents
Knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, drainage & stormwater systems
Experience with permitting and construction support
Strong project management and coordination skills
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills💰 Compensation
