Remote Associate Manager, Clinical Data Management

Fortrea is seeking a Data Management leader to guide studies from start-up through database lock. You will develop project documentation, set up systems, and validate data while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with EDC/PK teams to meet sponsor requirements and timelines. The role requires deep DM expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage scope, budgets, and risk across multicenter trials. Remote-friendly with office/home-based flexibility.
