Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

Key Accountabilities: Control and track the transport of critical materials. Apply a basic comprehension of transportation and logistics practices and procedures to assist in negotiating freight prices and contract terms for customers. Update transportation websites and databases for contracts, freight rates and estimates, insurance and customer information. Analyze current transportation operations practices to resolve process and cost improvement opportunities. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications
