About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems
- Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Design and build data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Monitor model performance and continuously optimize for accuracy and scalability
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices in coding, testing, and version control
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data analysis techniques
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or hands-on project experience in data science or machine learning
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with SQL, Git, Docker, and basic MLOps concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
