Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on experience with materials processing equipment, ability to work in a dry-room environment, basic data entry and documentation skills, mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive assembly tasks for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, perform fine motor tasks requiring dexterity and precision, and wear required PPE and work in dry room or controlled-environment conditions. Work environment includes onsite, hands-on lab and pilot line operations, day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, swing shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, and multiple roles available across both shifts.
