Director of Partner Relationships & Growth

Maverick Payments is seeking a Director of Relationship Management to lead the partner success function for ISO, Agent, and strategic partners. You will drive retention, engagement, and growth across the portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Finance to align initiatives with company goals and revenue targets. You will build and coach a high-performing team, establish playbooks and KPIs, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives and partners across the lifecycle.
